Who we are and what Tiqory does

Tiqory operates primarily as a business-to-business software-as-a-service platform for bookings, reservations, appointments, availability, ticketing and payments. It is industry-neutral and is used by tour operators, attractions, venues, restaurants, clinics and other service businesses to manage their own bookings.

Tiqory also provides consumer-facing booking pages, storefronts and checkouts through which end users can view availability and complete a booking with an operator that uses Tiqory. In addition, SOZA Ventures LLC may directly operate certain storefronts or commercial pages under the Tiqory brand, in which case Tiqory may act as seller, reseller, merchant of record or booking intermediary for that specific transaction, as disclosed at checkout.

Eligibility and age requirements

To create a business account, subscribe to Tiqory or otherwise enter into a direct contract with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority that applies to you; where the law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

The underlying services offered by operators through Tiqory, such as tickets, activities, appointments or events, may carry their own age requirements, identification requirements or parental consent obligations. Being old enough to use Tiqory does not automatically mean you meet the requirements of a specific booking. Minors may be beneficiaries of a booking where the operator and applicable law permit it, and where required, the booking must be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Operator storefronts and Tiqory's role

When you make a booking through an operator's storefront, Tiqory generally acts only as the technology provider that facilitates the transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the operator is the seller of the underlying service, the contract for that service exists between you and the operator, and the operator is responsible for its prices, availability, cancellation and refund policy, admission requirements, licenses, taxes and the actual delivery of the service.

The appearance of a venue, attraction, event or business on a Tiqory-powered storefront does not, by itself, mean that Tiqory officially endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with that business.

Accounts, acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account; business customers are additionally responsible for the employees, contractors and other users they authorize to access their account.

You may not use the Tiqory Services to violate any law, commit fraud or deceive consumers, impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, circumvent security controls, scrape data without authorization, facilitate money laundering or unlawful transactions, or otherwise misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Paid Tiqory Services are billed according to the plan, order form or checkout flow you agree to. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance, fees are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, and subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date through the cancellation method made available to you.

Depending on the transaction, either the relevant operator or SOZA Ventures LLC may be the merchant of record; the applicable party is identified during checkout. Business customers remain responsible for their own tax obligations except where the law places an obligation directly on Tiqory, such as certain marketplace tax reporting or withholding duties.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

You should review all booking details, including the identity of the seller, price, currency, applicable fees, cancellation terms, age restrictions and any identification requirements, before completing payment. A booking is confirmed only once confirmation has been issued by the applicable system or by the operator.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the underlying service, the operator's own policy, any Tiqory transaction-specific terms displayed at checkout, and mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived; where mandatory local consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory law prevails to the extent of that conflict.

Intellectual property

The Tiqory platform, software, interfaces, documentation, logos and related materials belong to SOZA Ventures LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Tiqory Services for legitimate purposes; no ownership rights are transferred.

Operators retain ownership of the content they submit (such as listings, descriptions and images) and grant Tiqory a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format and distribute that content solely to provide and promote the applicable Tiqory Services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tiqory Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every regulatory or commercial requirement. Tiqory does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or performance of the underlying services offered by operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOZA Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. For paid business services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose; for free services, it is limited to USD 100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, business customers agree to defend and hold SOZA Ventures LLC and its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from third-party claims arising from their underlying services, unlawful activity, the content they submit, a breach of these Terms, or the acts or omissions of their own personnel.

Governing law and disputes

For business customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.

This governing-law choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their own country of residence, including their right to bring proceedings before the courts available to them under that law.

Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page always shows its last-updated date, and where the law requires it, we will give advance notice of material changes. Changes will not remove any mandatory legal right you already have.
