Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SOZA Ventures LLC ("Tiqory", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, stores and otherwise processes personal information through the Tiqory website, applications, dashboards, storefronts, checkouts and related services.
Depending on the situation, Tiqory acts as an independent controller (for example, for this website and our own customer relationships) or as a processor acting on behalf of a business that uses Tiqory to manage its own bookings and customers. Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, requests about that data may need to be directed to that business.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Tiqory, we may collect: identity and contact information (name, email, phone, postal address); business information for operators (company name, registration and tax details, licenses); booking and transaction information (dates, participants, prices, cancellations); limited payment information, with full card details handled directly by our payment processor; device and technical information (IP address, browser, device type, approximate location); usage information (pages viewed, features used); and the content of communications you send us, such as contact-form submissions.
We only collect sensitive information, such as health or accessibility details, when an operator's specific service legitimately requires it and applicable law permits it. We do not seek this information for our own marketing website.
How we use your information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Tiqory Services, including processing bookings, managing accounts and subscriptions, and providing customer support; to secure our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; to respond to the specific request you made through our contact form; and, where you have opted in, to send you product updates or marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time without affecting necessary service communications.
Legal bases for processing (EU/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, to provide the service you requested; our legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the platform, preventing fraud and improving our services, balanced against your rights; compliance with a legal obligation, such as tax, accounting or regulatory requirements; and your consent, where required, for example for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
International data transfers
Tiqory is operated from the United States and may use service providers located in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally and the law requires a specific safeguard, we rely on recognized mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum, an applicable adequacy decision, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet the purpose it was collected for, and satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements; retention periods vary depending on the type of information involved.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring, to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information as defined by your local law. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority, and residents of certain U.S. states have equivalent rights under their state's privacy law.
You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children and minors
Our website and business accounts are not intended for individuals who do not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Minors may be participants or beneficiaries of a booking made through an operator using Tiqory where that operator and applicable law permit it; in that case, the operator is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly use a child's personal information for behavioral advertising where that is prohibited by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law; the current version always shows its last-updated date, and we will give separate notice of material changes where required.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected], or by post to SOZA Ventures LLC, Attn: Tiqory Privacy, 18117 Biscayne Boulevard #1434, Miami, Florida 33160, United States.
