This Cookie Policy explains how SOZA Ventures LLC ("Tiqory") and, where applicable, the organization operating a Tiqory-powered storefront use cookies and similar technologies across Tiqory websites, storefronts, booking flows and checkouts. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and the transaction-specific organization information shown on the relevant store.
Cookies are small files stored on or accessed from your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs and identifiers. The exact technologies can vary by site, store, enabled features, country and the choices you make in the preference center.
Who is responsible
Tiqory is responsible for technologies used for its own website, platform security and services. A storefront operator may be independently responsible for technologies it selects for its own analytics or marketing. Where both parties determine a purpose together, their responsibilities follow applicable law and their agreement. The legal profile displayed on each storefront identifies the relevant organization and privacy contacts.
Categories and purposes
The marketing site may store language, theme, consent and security preferences. Storefronts may additionally store locale, currency and theme for up to one year, buyer or booking-session state for up to 90 days, and short-lived checkout continuity data for up to 24 hours. Actual expiry periods may be shorter and are shown by your browser or relevant preference interface where available.
- Strictly necessary: language, currency and theme preferences; consent records; security, fraud prevention, sessions, booking state and checkout continuity. These cannot be switched off through the preference center because the requested service cannot reliably operate without them.
- Analytics: measurement of visits, performance and feature use so Tiqory or the operator can improve their services. These remain off until consent is given where consent is required.
- Marketing: advertising, attribution, conversion measurement and campaign effectiveness. These remain off until consent is given where consent is required.
Consent and opt-out signals
Optional technologies do not activate before an affirmative choice where applicable law requires consent. Rejecting optional categories is as easy as accepting them and does not block access to the core service. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer. Because the marketing website and individual stores may use different domains and operators, preferences may need to be recorded separately on each domain.
Where applicable U.S. privacy law requires recognition of a universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as an opt-out from targeted advertising and sale or sharing as legally defined.
Third parties
Depending on the enabled feature and transaction, third parties may include hosting and security providers, analytics or advertising providers, mapping services, and payment processors such as Stripe or a processor selected by the organization. A map, embedded service or payment redirect may connect directly to that provider, which processes information under its own policy. The presence of a provider in this policy does not mean it is active on every site or store.
Managing technologies and changes
You may also delete or block technologies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can prevent login, preferences, booking or checkout from working. We update this policy and the preference center when categories or material uses change; a new consent may be requested where required.
